Jeff Solorio and John Juniper founded DITA in 1996, to revive the vintage eyewear fashion from the 50s to the 80s. Jeff and John envisioned Dita as an alternative to label branded eyeglasses.
Since the beginning DITA has built a reputation for its classic designs, luxury materials, and its modern techniques to produce eyewear.
The DITA logo was intentionally subtle so that the frame itself could define the look rather than the logo. This allows the design of the frame to complement features of the wearer and contribute to their overall style.
